I’ve built my career on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of PEOPLE, processes, technologies and data to achieve business goals.

Below are some of the skills I deploy to help organizations succeed.

  • Design and scale complex, integrated processes from a wholistic viewpoint. Systems range in size and complexity, but they all work together to allow for increased efficiencies across the business infrastructure.

  • Design and socialize graphic representations of business processes, allowing systems to be reviewed and stress-tested by cross-functional stakeholders before processes are implemented, optimized and scaled. This visualization exercise allows for identifying key milestones, gaps and needed resources, but most importantly, it creates transparency and understanding across the organization.

  • Facilitate stakeholder inputs and manage synthesis into program plans; ensuring goals are aligned, stakeholders have line of sight into the project status and feel supported throughout. Plans are ratified and shared broadly to increase transparency and manage expectations.

  • Improve overall work product and achieve business objectives through the implementation of a KPI lifecycle; driving definition and alignment goals, identifying measurement milestones, coordinating evaluation/testing and executing data-led optimizations.

  • Maintain line-of-sight into the financial health of the business and how it relates to overarching organizational goals. Able to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data; developing subsequent plans, preparing business reports, and providing operational recommendations.

  • Enhance the visibility of goals, processes and performance through infrastructure; building trust, encouraging greater collaboration and increasing efficiency in communications.

  • Align people, technologies and funds to optimize work value. Often, this will include: rebalancing teams, clarifying individual roles and responsibilities, implementing tools to understand resource utilization (and monitor bandwidth), and building a framework for talent growth (including performance goals and reviews).
