RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

  • Served as point-of-contact with Google vertical clients, to represent the status of the concept development, IP/content licensing, production and timing

  • Developed workflow systems for 3rd party licensing (e. Magnolia Films, A24, Universal, Paramount Pictures, etc..), asset collection and approvals tracking

  • Developed and maintained updates to the Project Timeline, Content Tracker and Status document; owned capturing key notes during meetings and delivering Client Conference Reports post-connect

  • Proactively developed contingency plans the team was able to execute when a large (not-to-be-named) studio pulled out of agreement with Google Play Marcom at the 11th hour

  • Partnered with Extreme Reach to manage network clearances, delivery and launch

  • Guided several new-to-production clients through their first shoot, educating and providing helpful context along the way

  • Negotiated, secured and coordinated celebrity VO (Robert Downey Jr. and James Franco) in conjunction with BA, Legal and Talent teams
