RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
Served as point-of-contact with Google vertical clients, to represent the status of the concept development, IP/content licensing, production and timing
Developed workflow systems for 3rd party licensing (e. Magnolia Films, A24, Universal, Paramount Pictures, etc..), asset collection and approvals tracking
Developed and maintained updates to the Project Timeline, Content Tracker and Status document; owned capturing key notes during meetings and delivering Client Conference Reports post-connect
Proactively developed contingency plans the team was able to execute when a large (not-to-be-named) studio pulled out of agreement with Google Play Marcom at the 11th hour
Partnered with Extreme Reach to manage network clearances, delivery and launch
Guided several new-to-production clients through their first shoot, educating and providing helpful context along the way
Negotiated, secured and coordinated celebrity VO (Robert Downey Jr. and James Franco) in conjunction with BA, Legal and Talent teams
