ROLE: Program Director (22squared/Trade School)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

  • Optimized internal XFN workflows ; streamlining efforts to increase efficiency and transparency

  • Developed Project Hub to act as a single source of truth for Agency and Client teams

  • Drove project-leveling , ensuring all initiatives and artifacts (eg. media plans, concepts, briefs, etc…) were aligned and supported the Agency’s overall strategy

  • Provided a sounding board and thought partner to Creative, Media and Strategy teams,  assessing the merits of the work through the lens of creative strategy, production feasibility and media alignment

  • Led all project and client meetings; facilitating discussion, vetting business and creative issues, assessing risks/opportunities and driving alignment on a path forward 

  • Managed resource and budget tracking, including monitoring resource hours and account profitability
