ROLE: Integrated Program Manager (Client)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

  • Oversaw US & UK Agency onboarding (VMLY&R)

    • Developed comprehensive onboarding system, including: months-long timeline, coordination of departmental work-sessions and accompanying materials, rules of the road for engagement, and outlining expectations for agency presentations to Meta

      • Onboarding system proved so successful I operationalized the processes, developed templates and rolled out across Reality Labs brands

    • Served as point of contact for all internal and external onboarding questions and issues

    • Led Operational, Creative and Design onboarding sessions (inc: ongoing deep-dives into Metaโ€™s new, cross-portfolio branding elements)

  • Led XFN input gathering and development of campaign master plan prior to Agency engagement

    • Drove development and ratification of the following artifacts/milestones: 

      • Internal Team Operations Plan (inc: reporting & review cadences, core team structure, meeting cadencesโ€ฆ)

      • MSOW (inc: Staffing Plan/Fee)

      • Production SOW (inc: OOP/OOS, budgets)

      • Comprehensive Program Timeline

      • Client Brief to Agency (Kickoff Brief)

  • Ensured Meta was giving consistent targets to the Agency and various internal teams were working in alignment; raised the flag and managed course correction, as needed

  • Led internal, XFN reviews with International, Legal, Product, DEI, Design & Channel teams to vet business and creative issues, assess risks/opportunities and align on a path forward 

  • Provided a sounding board and thought partner to Creative, Channel and Integrated Marketing teams when assessing the merits of the work through the lens of creative strategy, technical guidance and feasibility 

  • Orchestrated the parallel production of International assets - navigating interlocking dependencies along the way

  • Facilitated post-mortem that served to restart the cycle of the next agency master proposal (based on required changes)

  • Oversaw successful production & delivery of over 250 unique creative assets across Facebookโ€™s paid and owned channels
