RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
Served as operations point for the Samsung US B2B pitch (won); continued to significantly contribute to securing and developing additional Global B2B and Global B2B business for multiple Ogilvy teams and offices
Led migration of Business from the Atlanta office to Chicago & London offices; onboarding several XFN teams to the Samsung ways-of-working (WOW) and Brand
Created and owned the SOW, Project Timeline, Media/Creative Tracker, status document(s), process templates and meeting cadences
Worked with Facilities to establish a โclean roomโ in the London office, required to meet Samsungโs hardware, software and environmental security requirements
Led global teams to develop event content creation (Mobile World Congress in Barcelona), supporting the launch of multiple Samsung Galaxy products
Assessed the merits of the work through the lens of feasibility and cost implications, guiding conversations and managing expectations as needed
