RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
Developed a new operational tool, the βProject Hubβ, for Agency (TBWA NY) & Facebook to co-own. The Project Hub acted as a single source of truth (SSOT) for all pertinent campaign/program information
Project Hub system proved so successful it was immediately operationalized and used across the brand for all other large-scale marketing programs going forward
Developed and led separate but parallel Performance Marketing initiative with new vendor, VidMob, to test, optimize and scale campaign creative stemming from TBWA creative
Facilitated the majority of Agency and vendor meetings: working sessions, check-ins, reviews and ad hoc troubleshooting connects
Serving as primary conduit and facilitator for Agency communications allowed me to ensure various internal teams were working in alignment, giving consistent targets to our partners
Led internal, XFN reviews [with the Legal, Product, DEI, Design, Web and Paid Social] teams to vet business and creative/design issues, assess risks/opportunities and align on a path forward
Responsible for representing campaign work and progress to Stakeholders, Executive Leadership, Media Agency, Channel and Brand Partnership teams
Oversaw successful production & delivery of over 1,000 unique creative/media assets across Facebookβs paid and owned channels
